At Covenant Community Coffee, all products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted partners. This allows us to offer a variety of high-quality items while keeping production efficient.



Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped.

Multiple Shipments

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, items in your order may ship separately. You may receive multiple tracking numbers.



Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.



Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other factors outside of our control.



Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.



Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we will do our best to assist you.
